DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto Creativa Plus Coffeemaker was a great gift from my son after appreciating his while visiting him in Europe 2 yrs ago. I just read anywhere that the Nestle Dolce Gusto brand will be the best-selling coffee/machine in Europe.
The machine gets hotter quickly and takes about about a minute to make a hot 10 oz cup, although it can simply make more without needing to await it to reheat. And it also looks cool on my countertop.
The quality of the coffee is superb. I’ve sampled all of the flavours and appreciate Intenso Grande and Caramel the simplest. It’s great to be able to make precisely how much I would like – no longer stale coffee sitting endlessly on a warmer or needing to toss cold leftovers.
After using mine for nearly two years I recently noticed the rubber o-ring in the top section was deteriorating, altering the water flow. It turned out simple to find just the right sized o-ring at the home improvement store and not too difficult to replace it all as I fortunately have hands small enough to fit through the opening.
